I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The location is perfect, right between Disney and Universal, making it easy to access the theme parks and shops. The rooms were spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The dining experience, while good, could have been slightly better. Overall, it was a great value for the money.

Our room facing SeaWorld with two queen beds and a queen sofa sleeper wasn't ready when we arrived after 3 PM, but once cleaned, it was very clean and comfortable.

The staff was so lovely and pleasant, always available to assist or clean the areas. I was even told my stay would be comped, which was a pleasant surprise.

The hotel's location was great, close to SeaWorld, Aquatica, Discovery Cove, and conveniently positioned near transport links to Disney and Universal. It was quiet but within easy reach of everything.

The hotel has a great concept of separating the rooms into different areas like the living and kitchen, which I found to be an excellent idea. However, my room on the first floor near the elevator and outside door was a bit noisy. On the positive side, the hotel is brand new, offers a nice breakfast, good space for families, and even has a kitchenette.

The location is really good, conveniently situated between Disney and Universal. It's quiet in the surrounding areas but still close enough to transport links. The only suggestion would be to rearrange the waffle irons to reduce waiting times.

I had a great time at the hotel! The location was excellent for visiting SeaWorld or Disney, and it was kind of out of the way, which I liked. The service was a bit stressed, but still helpful, and the staff had great attitudes. The dining was good overall, but I was a little disappointed with the lack of bacon. The facilities were nice and had everything I needed.
